Our Mission
Our Vision

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Collie advocates for practical changes that move organizations toward equity, enabling individuals to express their true selves and contribute fully to society and their workplaces.

We will work with your team to conduct an equity review of your policies, practices, and procedures to determine how they may be impacting (in positive or negative ways) people with marginalized sexual orientations, romantic orientations, gender identities and gender expressions.

Interactive sessions tailored to the needs of your specific team to educate and empower you to support and uplift members of the LGBTQIA+ community in meaningful ways through action and advocacy.

Dr. Collie was insightful, engaging and so talented.

I attended training sessions with Angel at UNC-Chapel Hill at the time I was a UNC librarian. Angel’s sessions that I experienced were geared towards librarians, and they were highly effective, informative, and educational to the population I, as chair of the library’s diversity committee, was reaching out to. Angel is excellent as a communicator, and creates a strong sense of connection with their audience. It’s no wonder Angel and I became and remain friends.
